Richmond, BC

Winni holds a Master of Occupational Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Since 2017, she has been providing community based occupational therapy services across the lifespan, with a strong focus on evidence informed, meaningful care that supports independence, participation, and quality of life. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of practice areas, including brain injury rehabilitation, mental health, chronic pain, orthopedic and soft tissue injuries, pediatrics, and return to work support. She has extensive experience working with WSBC and ICBC clients, completing in-home assessments, job site and ergonomic evaluations, hospital discharge planning, fall risk assessments, and adaptive equipment recommendations. She also collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and engagement in daily occupations. In pediatric practice, she has supported children and youth with developmental conditions and brain injuries in home and school settings. She values caregiver education to promote carryover and long term success across environments. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning and has completed extensive professional development in areas such as concussion management, cognitive rehabilitation, chronic pain, sleep, and mental health interventions including CBT, DBT, ACT, and prolonged exposure therapy. This training informs her holistic and individualized approach to care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat.

At Inspire Ability, we empower children and adults to reach their full potential through personalized, evidence-based occupational therapy, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
