Service Fees

Here’s a simple breakdown of our fees:

 

Free Consultation! For questions and general inquiries to see if occupational therapy is the right fit for your needs, we offer a 15-minute free initial consultation over the phone or via video call. 

Pediatric Assessments are a set rate of $350 for the initial 2-2.5 hour assessment. Report writing is a flat fee of $420. Travel time and telecommunication are $140 per hour. Autism Funding can be billed directly to AFU (Autism Funding Unit).

 

Adult occupational therapy assessments in the areas of home health assessments and ergonomic assessments are billed at $140 per hour for a 1-2 hour assessment.  Travel time, telecommunication and report writing are billed at the same rate.

Full adult initial occupational therapy assessments are comprehensive and view conditions and trauma from a Biopsychosocial lens. The assessment is 2-3 hours in length and the report is billed at 3 hours, $420. For a recommendations report only, the report will be billed at 1 hour. Travel time and telecommunication is billed at $140 per hour. Occupational therapy sessions are approximately 1 hour in length and are billed at $140 per hour.​​​

 

Do you have insurance? Your insurance company may fund occuapational therapy assessments and services. Please inquire with your insurance company directly to get a full breakdown of your insurance coverage.
